Good morning! Happy Monday! As I wrote on here a few weeks ago, I wanted to blog more photo diaries in 2016. So here’s the first one, hope you like it xxx
Goedemorgen! Zoals ik een paar weken geleden al schreef, wilde ik in 2016 meer foto diaries bloggen. Dus hier is de eerste, hopelijk vind je het leuk. Fijne maandag! Xxx
^ When I returned home from France last Sunday, there was a parcel from Zalando waiting for me. So nice! And guess which socks I’m wearing right now while I’m typing this article? Right.. :))
^ Toen ik terug kwam uit Frankrijk vorige week zondag, lag er een pakketje van Zalando op me te wachten. Super leuk! En 3 keer raden welke sokken ik nu aan heb terwijl ik dit artikel schrijf? Juist.. :))
^ Tuesday I visited Amsterdam together with Sam. Doesn’t this look like a post card? ♡
^ Dinsdag ging ik naar Amsterdam samen met Sam. Ziet dit er niet uit als een ansichtkaart? ♡
^ Thursday was moving day! Sam & I drove with all of our boxes to our new apartment, we lifted everything upstairs (we live on the second floor) and Sam went to work. I unpacked all of the boxes and once I finished, I ordered sushi. I saw a lot of ‘Best Nine’ pictures floating around on Instagram so I gave it a go as well. It’s funny to see a pattern! Does this mean I need to post more selfies?! Haha..
^ Donderdag was verhuisdag! Sam en ik reden met een hele volle auto naar ons nieuwe appartement, we brachten alles snel naar boven (we wonen op 2 hoog) en hij ging vervolgens naar z’n werk. Ik pakte de dozen uit en toen ik daar klaar mee was bestelde ik sushi. Op Instagram zag ik de ‘Best Nine’ veel voorbijkomen dus ik keek ook wat mijn meest gelikede foto’s waren van het afgelopen jaar waren. Grappig om een patroon te zien! Betekent dit dat ik meer selfies moet posten?! Haha..
^ Vrijdag ontvingen we bloemen, kaarten en Tony’s Chocolonely. Lief!
^ On Friday we received flowers, cards and Tony’s Chocolonely. Sweet!
^ Our dining area / laptop area / board games area / homework area.
^ Onze eethoek / laptop hoek / bordspelletjes hoek / huiswerk hoek.
^ Saturday I posted a lot on Snapchat. Here are some of my snaps (my username is stephsa.com). I went into town and out for dinner with Sam. Didn’t buy that Instax polaroid camera (yet). What do you think? To buy or not to buy?
^ Zaterdag snapchatte ik er op los! Dit zijn een paar van m’n snaps (stephsa.com is m’n gebruikersnaam). Ik ging de stad in en uit eten met Sam. Die Instax polaroid camera heb ik overigens nog niet gekocht, wat denk jij? Leuk of niet?

^ On Sunday our family came on a visit and I made these snacks. Plus, it was time for champagne!
^ Zondag kwam er familie langs en maakte ik deze hapjes. Ook was het tijd voor champagne!
^ Vervolgens gingen we de buurt verkennen en liepen we langs deze woonboot. Ik vond het wel een foto waard. Mooi zo met al die gebouwen op de achtergrond toch?
^ After the snacks and champagne we walked through our neighborhood. I had to take a picture of this view, the houseboat + buildings on the background looked pretty together! Right?
^ We went out for dinner after our walk. We ate paella and drunk sangria. And yes, we knew we weren’t in Spain. 😛
^ Daarna gingen we uit eten. We aten we paella en dronken sangria. En ja, we beseften heel goed dat we niet in Spanje waren. 😛
^ Polaroids to capture the great memories. I love taking them & then hang all of my polaroids on the fridge door :)
^Vrijdag ontving ik deze beauties van Public Desire! Het is nu nog wat te koud om ze te dragen, maar als ik binnenkort een feestje of leuk evenement heb trek ik ze zeker aan.
^ Zaterdag was ik ziek en heb ik dus geen foto’s gemaakt. Zondag voelde ik me gelukkig een stuk beter en maakte ik outfit foto’s! Ik vind m’n nieuwe jas zo mooi + ik kreeg er ook al veel complimenten over haha yesss! #jasgoals

I had lunch with my friend the other day @ Bagels and Beans. This bagel tasted delicious! Mozzarella, tomato and pesto.

Even though we don’t have our own appartement (yet), I really enjoy visiting interior shops for inspiration. In my future apartment I’d love to have a big couch with looots of cushions!
When I walked past this pretty canal on my way to school, I had to take a picture. Amsterdam is so photogenic!
